Who is responsible

What we collect
When you send the contact form we collect:
- Employers and agencies: your name, work email, phone, company and the details of the role (country, trade, headcount, start date, pay, housing)
- Candidates: your name, email, phone, the country and expiry date of your residence permit, your trade, experience and the countries you would move to
- Anything you write in the message field
Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP address and request logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry, match candidates to roles and prepare an agreement: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
- To follow up on a business conversation and keep a record of it: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in following up with people and companies that contacted us).
- To run and secure the website: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc., website hosting and cookieless visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics). Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Our customer relationship management system, self-hosted on servers we control.
- Our email provider, to send and receive email with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a contract, in which case contract retention rules apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have it corrected or deleted
- Restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

Complaints
You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal, www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
