FAQ

Before you hire

Can a worker with a residence permit from another EU country just start working here?

Usually not. A residence permit (TRC) from one EU country does not by itself give the right to work in another. The employer, or the licensed agency it works with, applies for the local work authorisation. We prepare each worker's documents and walk you through the steps for your country on the first call.

How long until the first worker starts?

Profiles within days of a clear request. The start date then depends mostly on the work-permit process in your country. We give you a realistic date for your role on the first call.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee per worker that depends on trade and volume, agreed in writing before we start. When it is charged and what the guarantee covers are set out under How you pay on the For employers page.

Who employs the worker?

You do, on local terms, or your licensed agency does. We are not the employer of record. Workers get the same pay and conditions as local staff in the same role.

Do you bring workers from outside Europe?

No. We only place people who already live legally in the EU. We do not recruit from abroad into Romania and we do not handle Romanian work permits or visas.
