We connect employers with workers already in the EU
Many European companies cannot find enough workers locally, from welders and fitters to warehouse staff, machine operators and kitchen teams. Many people with those skills already live legally in the EU, often in a country with too little work in their trade.
We give employers and recruitment agencies access to that workforce through an international network of recruitment partners, and help with the work permit for the new country. Our aim is a long-term partner network across Europe, not one-off placements.
We only place people who already live legally in the EU. We do not recruit from abroad into Romania, and we do not handle Romanian work permits or visas.
